Construction Management

  • Perform construction progress field observation for review of monthly payment application draws
  • Review of potential changes in work, establish and implement a change order processing system
  • Track and monitor requests for usage of allowances and contingencies and provide justification to ownership for approval of usage
  • Coordinate material testing with contractor
  • Lead the review of change order requests and validating the change in scope and verification of pricing.
